OUR GUIDING PRINCIPLES:

WE EXIST TO SERVE THE CITIZENS OF NORTON:
We are 100 percent committed to serving the needs of the citizens that we protect and we will be responsive to the concerns of the public.

WE BELIEVE IN THE PERSONAL TOUCH:
Every citizen that we have contact with must be made to feel that he or she is receiving the utmost in personal attention and service; no matter how difficult the circumstances. We create a satisfied citizen when our decisions and actions are done intelligently and professionally.

WE ARE FIRM, FAIR, AND CONSISTENT:
When we are firm, fair and consistent we earn respect and understanding. We need not apologize for our crime fighting activities. When we are clear and concise in our words and deeds we promote conduct that is responsive and sensitive to the community we serve. We will complete all of our tasks in a highly professional, reasonable and effective manner.
