Water Rates:
Inside City Limits: For all meters less than two inches in size, a minimum charge of $16.82 per month for use of up to 200 cubic feet of water per month, and an additional charge of One Dollar and sixty-two cents ($1.62) per hundred cubic feet of water used in excess of 200 cubic feet per month. For meters which are two and three inches in size, a minimum charge of $20.00 per month for use of up to 200 cubic feet of water per month, and an additional charge of One Dollar and sixty-two cents ($1.62) per hundred cubic feet of water used in excess of 200 cubic feet per month (Ord. 1546, Sec. 2)
Outside The City: A minimum charge of $25.73 per month for use of up to 200 cubic feet of water per month, and an additional charge of One Dollar and sixty-two cents ($1.62) per 100 cubic feet of water used in excess of 200 cubic feet per month.

Bulk Rate for Water: Consumers hauling water in bulk containers shall pay at a rate of $11.21 per 1,000 gallons. (Ord. 1546 Sec. 2)
Electric Rates:
Residential: For the first 80 kwh per month, at 17.69 cents per kwh
For the next 120 kwh per month, at 10.61 cents per kwh
Excess over 200 kwh per month, at 9.91 cents per kwh provided that no flat rate shall be applied or allowed and that the rate contained in this section shall be applicable to the user of electrical current for residential domestic purposes and allowable home occupations that are clearly incidental and secondary to the residential use. Commercial: For the first 100 kwh per month, at 19.10 cents/kwh;
For the next 900 kwh per month, at 12.03 cents/kwh;
For the next 14,000 kwh per month, at 9.91 cents/kwh;
For the next 25,000 kwh per month, at 8.84 cents/kwh;
For excess over 40,000 kwh per month, at 7.43 cents/kwh,
Provided that no flat rate shall be applied or allowed and that the minimum commercial electrical service billing rate shall be $4.00 per month per meter and that if any customer shall have more than one meter employed, separate billings for each such meter kwh reading shall be calculated and made. Space Heating: 9.555 cents per kwh; with a minimum monthly charge of $8.00 per month payable in advance. (Ord. 1553, Sec. 3)
Sewer Service Charges:
Inside the City:
- Minimum Service Charge for usage not in excess of 200 cubic feet per month-$13.25 per month.
- User Charge-$1.53 per each additional 100 cubic feet per month.
Outside the City:
- Minimum Service Charge for usage not in excess of 200 cubic feet per month-$26.50 per month.
- User Charge-$1.53 per each additional 100 cubic feet per month.
