The City Code Inspector is responsible for the City's planning and zoning programs and activities, building inspection, and code enforcement activities. The Code Inspector also serves as the American Disabilities Act Coordinator.

Essential Functions:

Reviews subdivision, zoning, special exception, variance, building and other development plans for compliance with applicable regulations.

Enforces and ensures compliance with planning, zoning, building and other city codes

Inspects residential and commercial buildings to ensure compliance with building, health and fire safety codes

Reviews building permit applications
